     - performed over a thousand marriage ceremonies in San Diego, Hawaii and Europe over the last 12 years.

     - is an Ordained Minister, Founder and Director of Cotter Ministries providing non-denominational and inter-cultural civil and all-faith celebrations of baptisms, weddings and memorials as well as providing counseling services.

     - is fully licensed by the State of California and credentialed to perform international ceremonies.

     - is a Member-in-Good-Standing of San Diego Ministerial Association; her affiliations include the United Christian Fellowship of Churches.

     - is a Member-in-Good-Standing of the National Association of Caterers (NACE), Weddings of Distinction, Wedding Connections, San Diego Wedding Bells.

     - welcomes interfaith and inter-cultural ceremonies at any location throughout the world. She is familiar with many cultural traditions and practices throughout the world.
